Friendly atmosphere, decent benefits, get to work with new technologies

Cons

Pay is a bit in the middle of the road, very tight with money, expect you to work more than 40 hours every week, they want you to drink the kool aid and "bleed blue".

Cvent hires very driven individuals so if you are motivated and enjoy being challenged you would likely enjoy working for Cvent. Depending on your manager, you may also find yourself very well-supported and given opportunities to advance. In a non-pandemic time the office environment is great and there is a young and fun culture.

Cons

It's no secret among employees that they pay less than competitors in the area. The culture and office environment may have kept people around more in the past, but now in a virtual environment they really need to evaluate the time they ask employees to spend working versus the low pay they offer for market value.
