Pros

Many opportunities to learn new technologies. Good work culture.

Cons

Due to the technical nature of the job it should be a KPO company, but rather lately major changes in the management is slowly making the company a BPO.

Pros

Good working environment and enormous learning facilities, one of the best companies to start exploring about careers in GIS

Cons

Company lacks some benefits but is very helpful and cooperative. Apart from the Support team, others do not have a very peaceful life. I have seen them working till late and many times over the weekend too.
