Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. We’re disappointed to hear your perspective on our culture and leadership team; we deeply value diversity and are committed to breaking down barriers to entry, both at Cybrary and in the field of cybersecurity. We closely partner with leadership, our team members, and our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Employee Resource Group to ensure we are on the right path and, while we have more work to do, we are pleased that 42.9% of our leaders at Cybrary are women. One of the many ways we work to ensure a positive experience for all of our team members is via our team member surveys. These surveys are distributed at least twice per year and are specifically set up to give our team members an anonymous platform where they can share candid feedback. After each survey is complete, we create and execute action plans based on the feedback we receive. This year, for example, we have implemented leadership training and process improvements based on our team members’ input. We value all of our current and former employees' feedback, and we welcome you to reach out to us directly at any time to dive deeper and share any ideas you may have for improvement.
