Pros

The majority of people here at Cyto, including the CEO are very friendly and promote a happy work environment. At least in my department, a lot of opportunity for growth.

Cons

Can't think of any memorable cons.

Toxic Environment- In Fighting

Pros

The rate is decent, and you may be able to work remotely.

Cons

The men there have big egos and will be insulted if you simply continuing talking as they man-interrupt you. They then will go and report you to your manager. They will also yell at you and then when you report it to HR, the company will fire you. If you go to HR, make sure you are complaining about something that is protected by law. Harassment and bullying/yelling in the workplace is not yet protected. Also, if you don't pay attention, you will be used a tool to conceal personal agendas so make sure everyone, especially your internal customers, know what your manager is telling you to do and what no to do. No one can be trusted so watch your back carefully.
