I didn't know this would be an available option for this place.
Cons
There are a lot, but I'll highlight a few. Pay and benefits are terrible. They say it's industry standard but, they haven't been out and about recently. They should unionize. The management aspect... Fire all of them. Clearly don't have the company's interests at hand but more so job security for themselves. They need to stop saying things and start doing them.
