None that come to mind

Cons

Horrible culture that does not foster growth. Tenured employees run the show and heaven forbid you think outside the box. Non-collaborative work environment goes against every successful business practice I’ve ever been apart of. Management by fear does not work. Good luck finding people to work there with a ridiculous attendance points system and 1 week starting vacation. If you love being talked down to and micromanaged then this might be the place for you!

Pros

flexible work hours, relaxed culture, Friendly blue collar staff. Highly skilled manufacturing specialties, smart people and interesting work.

Cons

there is an absurd amount of drama. Sometimes the front office feels more like a soap opera.
