Pros

No Pros about D.P. tool

Cons

Drama Drama Drama!!! Even management brings drama to work they talk bad about you behind your back while standing in a click in the back corner. They hire people with less education just so they can hold their job security oh yes great place to work hmmm I was joking about that.. I do not recommend this place (D.P. tool) as a good place to work.. even their own programmers complain about management and how they run a state of the art, cutting-edge machine shop...

Not professional

Pros

Some co workers were awesome to work with friendly.

Cons

To much drama from supervisor and team leaders. Very unprofessional management. It is a small company with to many people in management positions. They sweep things under rug for some workers and throw the ones they do not like out the door.

Pros

updated equipment and tools to do your work. Serious about making quality parts. Very clean and air-conditioned. Also don't go home smelling like coolants and oils. Plenty of OT if you want it. Friendly co-workers willing to train you.

Cons

not enough communication from management on how the company is doing
