      Some good people if you can get past the cliques.

      Cons

      Antiquated business processes do not allow flexibility, growth or innovation. People are let go despite stellar performance reviews.

      Benefits - health insurance, 401k, etc

      Cons

      Can be a very sexist environment, against women. Office people are not treated as well as sales people and superintendents. They try to make you believe there is room for growth, for you to move up, but then they never allow you to actually do so.

      good company outside of houston division

      Pros

      this is a great place for entry level employment into residential construction. plenty of opportunity to learn home building as a whole.

      Cons

      in the houston north division, there is no opportunity to advance and the new management (year 2019) only cares about the profit margin. they have cut salaries & bonuses while doubling employee workloads at every position.
