Pros
Incredible Leadership - as someone in a leadership role, the executive leadership team that oversees mid level management is absolutely incredible. There isn't a day that goes by where something is being pointed out in order to help someone. Everyone from top to bottom cares about the success of one another and it shows, daily. Opportunity - the growth opportunity within D&M Leasing is astounding. When you first start you are told you can make this career anything you want, there is no ceiling - and this is a fact. You are able to share with management your want to grow into a leader, and they will do whatever it takes to mold and shape you in to someone that can one day fill an open leadership role. Money - the money opportunity is endless. The "uncapped earning potential" always perked my ears and had me curious what it meant and after working here for almost 4 years now, I have been able to show not only myself, but the new agents I oversee just how real that is. Culture - there isn't a better work culture any where else. D&M Houston is my home away from home where I feel not only part of something greater than myself, but a part of a close knit family where, top to bottom, truly care about one another.
