Working at D&M is best career decision I have ever made. I absolutely love it here. This is a place where high achievement, professional growth, monetary success and work life balance are all part of the company’s core philosophy. My fellow staff members are all quite friendly and helpful. Both my Mentor and Manager are top notch and honestly have made me feel like a valued member of the team. They personally take interest in my success and happiness. From the top down the Leadership Team is 100% involved and plugged in daily with training and growing the team. They are personally committed to each team members success. For example even our President will help us work files.

You are literally building your own business within a company who has unlimited support, guidance and advice. It is an open door policy when it comes to the President, Vice President and General Sales Manager. You never feel like you are bothering them. Questions and seeking advice are welcome. They want you to learn and succeed. Your success is their success. Just like building any business it is not a quick fix. You will not be successful overnight. It will take time and hard work. But what good thing doesn’t ? You need to be able to hustle and work your business so it blossoms like a flower. Many people are quick to give up because they seek instant gratification, but you need to demonstrate hard work, dedication and grit.
