Pros

D&M is run like a family business, at any moment you can expect to have high level executives coming by your office to speak to you, to coach you, and to see how things are going. Once you start doing business with them they support you with the expectation that you put in great effort.

Cons

The job is very hands on, very demanding, and daunting as a new employee. There is memorization involved that takes a lot of effort and you are expected to know these on day one.

Pros

Unlimited income potential, phenomenal, detailed and organized training. Absolutely no way to feel unprepared. The vision for a successful future is very clear and attainable.

Cons

The commute, but D&M can’t control traffic, neither can I . I also knew what I signed up for when I saw the address.

Pros

I am rolling up on my first month here at D&M and I can honestly say this is one of the best decisions I have made transitioning over. I worked from home for the past 2-3 years and didn't know how it would be going into an office environment. The management literally has your back and truly wants to make sure you succeed here. I highly reccomend this AMAZING Business.

Cons

I wouldn't say there are any downsides.
