Pros
They have good pay but that's about it.
Cons
They could care less about you. They pretend to be family oriented but are as cut throat as it comes. You may think you are starting with a great company, but it will be short lived. They also offer no paid leave. They say they do, but they really don't. This is set up this way so they don't have to pay anything to you when they fire you for no documented reason. There are no warning or progressive disciplinary actions. Management decides one day they don't like you then you are gone. They don't care that you have small family and children at home. Run far away from this company!
