      Pros

      Salary compensation and benefits for the position I was in were fair. Communication with my offsite supervisor was simple, enabling quick and regular feedback if requested.

      Cons

      Management for my project failed to perform adequate investigation for site complaints. Would not locate and review appropriate evidence to exonerate employee. Complete disregard for employee concerns during incident investigation. They only cared about customer concerns. Not an adequate environment for IT career growth.
