Pros

DDS is investing quite a lot in its technologies and I feel the future of the company looks better. But yes, like any new product development, there are teaching troubles.

Cons

Still in the development stage. Need to wait till the later part of 2022 for the products to start selling.

Lot of opportunities to drive new products and solutions. Strong core technology and platform. Strong leadership from senior management during last year. Team morale and pace of innovation has increased significantly

Had some issues in the past where not much was happening and morale was low. However things have been improved a lot over the last year
