Company went through lot of issues in the past. However, things improved significantly over last year and a half.

- friendly people - good work/life balance - chance to work on technology that can have a significant impact on peoples lives.

Cons

DDS has one issue and that’s the owner. He changes his priorities every month causing the organization to unsuccessfully complete any major initiative. Good people don’t want to work in that kind of environment so they move on.
