Thank you for your feedback. Your issues are noted. We are aware that our total compensation and staff environment has to be fair and reasonable and competitive or people will leave. I would like to share on the other hand that we have many team members that have been with us for 10 - 20 years, so we feel that we are also doing something right. Best Regards
