Peers are very friendly and helpful. Good benefits. Well maintained premises.

Cons

Was once the industry leader. Office is located in Richmond, BC. An island. Traffic to and from office is horrendous.

Thank you for your feedback. We are now growing again as our annual sales this year will be 50% higher than the previous year. We have recently completed the employee survey and will use our employee feedback to drive cultural and process improvements. As well, we recently rolled out our VMV (vision, mission, values) to staff which emphasizes relentless customer service.

Free parking - if you drive to work Average extended benefits package available after 3 months of probationary period Summer monthly BBQ lunch, monthly birthday cakes, a small onsite gym studio Opportunities to witness what dictatorship means, how it impacts an organization's operations from top to mid-level management, eye opener Opportunities to work with a very unique payroll administrator who would sometimes went out of her way to cost saving for the company There will be a lot of meetings at which you can learn and practice, and to improve your presentation skills, without worrying about getting any decisions made, action items assigned

You might get hired for your qualification and get fired for being over qualified for the same qualification within a year
