Cons

Was once the industry leader. Office is located in Richmond, BC. An island. Traffic to and from office is horrendous.

DDS Wireless International Response

Thank you for your feedback. We are now growing again as our annual sales this year will be 50% higher than the previous year. We have recently completed the employee survey and will use our employee feedback to drive cultural and process improvements. As well, we recently rolled out our VMV (vision, mission, values) to staff which emphasizes relentless customer service.

- friendly people - good work/life balance - chance to work on technology that can have a significant impact on peoples lives.

Cons

DDS has one issue and that’s the owner. He changes his priorities every month causing the organization to unsuccessfully complete any major initiative. Good people don’t want to work in that kind of environment so they move on.
