Pros

I enjoyed the company of my co-workers.

Cons

Management of the Nixa office requires that you work more hours than you get paid. I was paid for 40 hours but worked 50 to 60 on a weekly basis because management demanded the hours be put in.

Fast Growing Company with a Big Heart!

Pros

Great work hard, play hard culture. New HQ office space is modern and in a fun location next to the West End in St. Louis Park, MN. Company happy hour on Fridays called "dela-time" is a great time to bond with co-workers and because the company is small, your co-workers feel like family. New 2017 benefits rollout was an awesome enhancement. I feel that my opinions are valued, I am treated with respect and autonomy. Young company doing good things!

Cons

Delaget is a fast growing/ever-changing company so be prepared to adapt to many new changes but this is a normality of working at a start-up.
