high turnover and a bleak future

Pros

Some quality people have worked here, but they are either fired or resign.

Cons

Extremely high turnover due to leadership's lack of valuing employees. Sales team is not even able to give the software away for free....many instances of offering it to prospects for free and the prospects still had no interest. As a result, no salesperson is making their quota and no job is secure.

Pros

Dedicated and talented co-workers who collaborate to meet goals, share a passion for excellence and the customer are the primary reason to work at Delaget. The ground level employees work very hard to meet an almost daily changing focus.

Cons

Unfocused and dysfunctional senior leadership and questionable sales practices create an untrustworthy relationship. Verbal abuse is tolerated or overlooked. Cash flow problems create an ever changing compensation structure.

Pros

There is a lot of growth going on which provides opportunities for growth. Management is transparent and provides information company-wide. Employees are given the latitude they need to get things done. Great work life balance.

Cons

The company is small and growing so priorities can change pretty quick (this also keeps things interesting)
