Small company, good resume builder if you are a recent graduate.

Cons

Extremely high turnover due to poor management and low morale. The way employees of the same rank are treated by management is not consistent. Poor benefits package. Lack of advancement opportunities Poor leadership overall

I enjoyed the company of my co-workers.

Cons

Management of the Nixa office requires that you work more hours than you get paid. I was paid for 40 hours but worked 50 to 60 on a weekly basis because management demanded the hours be put in.
