Pros

Great hours, open door policy, flexible attire, great perks when meeting sales goals. A lot of help around you. Easy access to clock in and clock out

Cons

Requesting time off. Hard to pick up extra hours. Can't work pass 28 hours if you are part time, part time and full time employees can't trade shifts. I don't have anything bad to say, overall it's a great company to work for.

Great pay. Awesome management. Fair days off and sick time. Amazing culture. Work life balance is positive for students since they work around your schedule to allow you to work and graduate college.

Cons

Not much flexibility on hours.
