      Pros

      Management has a great open door policy. There are multiple opportunities to advance throughout the organization. The employee connections committee does a fantastic job of setting up events for all employees to participate in outside of the work place.

      Cons

      There are no major cons of working here. Sometimes the branches can get really really busy and the work is repetitive but it is easy work and the members are usually really understanding of their wait time.

      Pros

      I worked at the other banks and dealt with many personality difficulties with the management and the co-workers. DFCU is the best, friendly work environment. Management approach is A+. Of course it is based on sales, sales and sales and you know you have to sell if you want a position at the bank.
