We appreciate all comments regarding our company so that we can continuously improve for both our employees and members. Our branches are open for reduced hours on Saturdays, so based on the staffing and branch location, working this day may be required. I agree that we have some outdated ways in our operations and practices, but we are aware of these and making changes. We welcome all suggestions on what would make it easier for our employees and prioritize those to implement. Based on our desire to hire college students to work part time with us and gain experience, we do have a higher turnover rate in that group. In other areas, our turnover is below the industry norms. Thank you for providing your honest feedback. We do evaluate our total compensation (benefits, time off and compensation) each year.
