Pros

Hours are good for school they'll work around your schedule. Family like environment theres a lot of laughing and joking so its not up tight? Paid lunches and the pay is over minimum wage you get a bonus twice a year based of your performance.

Cons

Its hard to move up in skill blocks been with the company six months and I've only moved up one. Everything is based on sales getting loans and accounts open. Its a big focus.

DFCU offers competitive benefits and salary to both part-time and full-time employees for the type of work that you are doing.

Cons

To move up you must complete skill blocks which revolve entirely around referrals and sales rather than the primary duty of a bank teller.

Friendly management and no negative attitudes Great pay with bonuses, profit sharing, and random gifts Staff feel appreciated and included Everyone from CEO down to part time janitor gets treated with respect

Cons

Lots of late nights, early mornings and weekends doing maintenance Raises are usually 3% or less no matter how hard you work, or not Benefits are costly, but fairly good coverage minimal PTO, no paid sick days you use vacation time
