Pros

I really can't say any pros, except some associates are fun to work with.

Cons

Terrible management starting at corporate level and especially T the district level. The DM in my region may be one of the worst people I have ever meet in my entire life.

Pros

Fun environment with good management and have a good time talking sports while working. Easy to move up into management training if you're a hard worker. Only reason I quit is because I graduated with a Degree in Business Management and moved on to a company with better pay. This was a fun job to have during college and ill always look back at my experience with this company as a good one.

Cons

Its retail so you get bad customers here and there but managers will help you with them.

Pros

Good people to work with, some- that is right , only some, of the products are discounted to employees. if there is a sale, none of the employees can use their discount.

Cons

I was on vacation in a Dicks store in a Southern State with allot of golfing around and tennis. They did not even have a single Titlist club. I cannot believe they bought out Rockflight, which is garbage and do not offer Titlist and very few Mizuno. The tennis pro shop was a joke, looked liked an afterthought! My manager does not keep people around very long. I am the longest employee at my location, or #2. You can buy cloths on-line for much cheaper, so if they are banking on clothes pulling the customers in, they will be trounced by Amazon.
