Pros

Mostly good people Good stock investment

Cons

Sooo much nepotism. When I started I found out 3% of employees were nepotism hires. Thats what I knew working in one office. Work life balance is awful. I worked in marketing and everyone constantly complained about working 60 hours a week and you were looked like a slacker if you didn’t. People worked through the death of family members and then took the grief out on me. When I resigned I told HR this and they said yeah, we hear that.

Cons

the company struggles to offer competitive pay and benefits women/diversity in leadership is very low, diversity is almost at a 0
