Pros

Money unlimited potential, they are just like GM (generous motors)

Cons

If you don’t like overtime this is not the place for you. Favoritism from HR and the union. Expect policies to be handed down to be enforced but that is just for the paperwork, they do not want policies enforced. As long as good parts are running down the line, that is all that matters. I would not plan on retiring from this company unless they change the way they do business and get a handle on how they spend money.

Pros

GM discounts. Good people, work is not difficult.

Cons

GM owns 60% which means there is more emphasis applied to bureaucracy than manufacturing.
