Pros

Pro number 1. I cant think of one. You learn to say Ma' F*cker a lot.

Cons

Union. Tier system with pay. There use to be a good workforce (tier 3) but the union continues to screw people over. Management isn't really management, they head hunt there. Workers who come to work everyday feel like they have a bull's-eye on their back. The union continues to support their "HOOD Brotha's" who don't even deserve to have a job! I worked here 7 years, and because of the Union, no longer have a job. Tier 3 was screwed! How can you pay someone differently because of tiers for doing the same job. I understand pay scales, and know years of employment can change the income rate. That's how it should be. Get rid of the UNION!

Pros

I built a lot of good relationships at DMAX and it's a family oriented company to work if your in need of a good place of employment. Also DMAX is a good company to further your education and help from a financial aspect.

Cons

Pay is below average or just at average depending on your role in manufacturing.
