      Great place to earn a large amount of money with no work/life balance.

      Pros

      The sky is the limit on earning potential. The same as any GM (Generous Motors) company. Salaried Group Leaders are paid for overtime.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Group Leaders are the whipping post of the company. Keep your head down and nod in all the right places. They will preach to you about all the changes they want but that is all hot air. Meetings, meetings and more meetings, basically a waste of time.

      Pros

      If you want to work 60 plus hours you will love it. They start new assembly workers at $12 an hours.

      Cons

      Crazy amount of overtime. Poor leadership. The union is a waste. Favorites and lots of politics
