- interacting with the patrons at the pool - can be really fun - swimming when the pools are empty - pretty flexible

Cons

- pretty long hours depending on how long your assigned pool is opened - can be incredibly hot outside but that's a no brainer - patrons can get annoying, especially depending on neighborhood and if the pool allows drinking
