2yThank you for your review. We are currently working on hiring more staff to improve the concerns mentioned for the summer of 2024. Additionally, employees who work as a single guard at any of our facilities are entitled to a 10-minute break every hour on the hour!

2yThank you for your feedback. DRD is always striving to have a positive work environment for our employees! This year we have added some new training locations to our roster in hopes of accommodating our staff that may live a bit farther from our previous classes. Additionally, we do accept external certifications.
