Pros

A good learning opportunity. Pays more than average. Very few good colleagues. Good office environment on the surface.

Cons

Insane amount of workload. You are useful until you are not. The mistakes of the higher-ups will somehow be blamed on you. No bonus. Unrealistic expectations. Empty promises and words. You will understand once you work here
