Pros

Decent salary...but the trick is you have to be employed

Cons

Company is "led" by a spoiled, whiny, petulent man-child with serious anger issues. He is constantly making grandiose claims about expansion and new things that never seem to materialize. Data center in the outback? Nope. Full Houston Datacenter and buying more space due to all the "expansion"? Nope. The room is less than 25% full. In what world could a CEO make so many outrageous, innacurate claims and still keep his job?

1. Near to LRT Ampang Park 2. Good team members 3. Minimum profit sharing

Cons

1. No bonus 2. Overwork and underpaid 3. Nepotism 4. No career growth 5. Always declare loss even with many projects just to not pay any profit sharing or bonus 6. Zero trainings 7. Management loves to commit to tight deadline and expect us to work like Gods 8. Bonus is literally Pizza party 9. Overwork. Staffs should look into JTK website for the amount of violations manager commit at times 10. Politics from top to bottom 11. Will try to make you believe that you are actually earning a lot but in reality that is not true at all.
