Pros

Dumac is a great place to work, but I can only speak for the Edmond branch as I have not been to the offices. You are not treated like a number, advancement is available to those who put in the work, your coworkers are friendly, teamwork is an actual thing and not just a hollow platitude that you will find at other companies. Company caters lunch on the last Friday of every month, regular events and every now-and-then a surprise bonus.

Benefits need to improve.

Friendly atmosphere, Family owned, Upper management cares about your success. Do fun events like, Picnic, Baseball games, football games (when tix are available), Holiday partys, Company lunch, golf outings, Bowling nights, Game nights. They give employees the option to join a group to decide fun events.

Cons

I have nothing but it requires me to enter something in.
