This is a great firm to start your career. Leadership is accessible and there are a lot of opportunities to participate in multiple projects, internal initiatives, and business development. The benefits are phenomenal and the firm offers a lot of vacation days.

Pros

Staff is friendly, the work is fair, the clients can be annoying, but hey that happens.

Cons

Sure, you're not saving lives or creating policies, so if you're looking for high drama and headlines, you won't find it here, but it's a really great company with great people.
