Pros

The company rewards hard work and accomplishments, fun teams, and great access to management. Once you prove yourself there are great opportunities.

Cons

Can be long hours, some projects are frustrating with clients and other contractors.

Pros

I'm given so many good opportunities here to try different types of work and work with many clients. Company has a work hard play hard mentality and the culture is young, fun, but hard working. The community involvement program is a huge perk as the company really cares about Veterans. Great PTO.

Cons

Strong performance management and high expectations - it's a hard place to hide out and not contribute.

Pros

It's great experience for young professionals right out of college. They do try and keep their young professionals busy with exciting work.

Cons

Little room for advancement, management is only focused on profit and targets certain individuals if they speak out and try to make a change. A lot of nepotism in the company. Beware!
