Pros

Good environment to jump start a career, straight out of college. There is opportunity for growth if you work hard and assimilate within the corporate culture.

Cons

The culture is young and cliquish. If you are 35 or older, this may not be the place for you. Not much diversity. Some members of Management and Human Resources Representatives need more training when comes to adhering to the Privacy Act, ADA and other protections under EEOC and/or state protections.
