Pros

Small teams; lots of client contact. Growing business practice.

Cons

Be careful of their executive management. They are difficult to work with and not kind to those around them. In particular, there is a lot of talking behind people's backs that goes on at this company.

Pros

Good environment to jump start a career, straight out of college. There is opportunity for growth if you work hard and assimilate within the corporate culture.

Cons

The culture is young and cliquish. If you are 35 or older, this may not be the place for you. Not much diversity. Some members of Management and Human Resources Representatives need more training when comes to adhering to the Privacy Act, ADA and other protections under EEOC and/or state protections.
