Pros

1. Some coworkers genuinely try to create a sense of community. 2. Fast-paced environment means you learn quickly. 3. The mission has potential if leadership takes culture seriously.

Cons

1. Training is limited, and turnover is constant. It hurts continuity with clients 2. Communication can be unprofessional, and leadership doesn’t always set a respectful tone 3. Pay decisions are unclear, and the lack of transparency creates distrust 4. Inclusion efforts are weak and important cultural holidays aren’t acknowledged, which sends the wrong message 5. Expectations aren’t consistent. Teams work under different standards, goals change often, and leadership doesn’t seem aligned on priorities 7. Feedback has been raised for years but rarely acted on.

Pros

Good benefits, you get the chance to work with intelligent and driven coworkers, company-wide volunteer opportunities

Cons

-The overall business model of DFC consists of hiring junior-level staff as a way to be more cost-effective, having them work long hours and then "squeezing" the most work out of them in the shortest period of time -Lack of diversity, especially among leadership -Management is so eager to appease the client that they micromanage employee responsibilities and time to the point where it felt like they were insulting my intelligence. Some managers clearly had "favorites," and would gossip about employees to others -Lower-than-average consulting salary for the work you're expected to put in

Pros

Some of folks are kind and welcoming, depends on your team

Cons

Awful work-life balance, micromanagement, clients are free to verbally abuse consultants and management doesn't seem to care
