Cash Compensation (To try and get people to join and to stay) /pros

Cons

Constantly Changing Management (7 different managers in 5 months) -No Alignment from Project Governance Team -Matrix Management Structure is Ineffective and forces you to mitigate internal politics -Horribly Sold Projects which are unrecoverable when handed to Delivery -Bonus Payouts One quarter after they are earned (if you are still Employed) -Many Consultants have titles that do not align with their actual ability (SA roles are handed out like Candy)

Top Tier clients with good projects Good colleagues

Cons

Under Market wages Below average working environment with aging equipment in poor condition, 17 inch screens that don't work, no keyboard/mouse, have to bring own power supply. Lost in bureaucracy, any little request needs a host of approvals from VPs that don't know or understand the context. Poor internal support, service desk took 5 days to resolve no Outlook access! No bonus no payrise for years.
