Pros
Good slogans. Well intended. They don't ever have "problems", only "opportunities". They don't have "Management", only "Leadership".
Cons
They force you to participate in humiliating chants on a regular basis. They tell you that it is part of their "fun" culture. For me it was a repeated, horrible experience. And if I dodged that sort of thing, people would speak ill of me behind my back. My experience was that my team was very cliquish, polite but unfriendly. My team was 80% female. I am a male and that that got really old. Don't get me wrong, I support women's causes but that does not mean that I want to participate in the equivalent of a mandatory bridal shower every other week. Fellow teammates are encouraged to write secret reviews of you which they can turn over to your boss annually. In some cases, you have no way to defend yourself against false accusations - it's all up to how your boss handles it. If you like learning chants, performing skits, memorizing hundreds of team "fun" nicknames, pretending to "just love every minute of your time there" whether you did not not, then you will flourish.
