Could be Successful

Pros

Wages are on par with regular tech companies.

Cons

The CEO claims to support independent thinking but often micro-manages and dismisses differing opinions. As the CEO of both Flow Foundation and Dapper Labs, there's a conflict of interest, resulting in neither organization getting the necessary attention and effort. Teams are experiencing burnout, and leadership that questioned his actions have been replaced with compliant individuals. The CFO stays behind the scenes, approving expenses, and then urges layoffs when issues arise. While the organization has many talented individuals, few are in higher-level positions. Employees face pressure to limit time off, with the constant claim that a market surge is imminent, even though the company's current direction suggests otherwise

Pros

Good comp, great coworkers. Good brand on your resume although the allure is fading.

Cons

- The CEO instills a culture of fear. Senior leaders don't truly have any autonomy. If you push back, or question the CEO, you'll likely be pushed out - No clear company strategy especially considering the downturn of the NFT market - NO Work life balance, coupled with no appreciation for hard work and the time employees are investing - Lack of diversity although they profess to care - No transparency on KPI's and performance reviews (or lack thereof),

Pros

the latest rounds of funding are quite impressive

Cons

Product and Marketing are probably the most important functions in a start up. Product first, and then marketing. I can't judge marketing leadership, but the product leadership is simply incompetent. Clearly have no knowledge of modern technology and have no track record of building any modern product or even modern product management process. Never been involved in any tech company. Her lack of management skills is even deeper than her lack of product development skills
