Lack of transparency on everything from pay, performance review, and even growth opportunities In my year here, I've had more than 3 different managers. Most of them were subpar people managers and only worried about moving up themselves Leadership is so out of touch with the product and it's customers' needs. No diversity, even though I was told during my interviews that it is important
