Pros

Wish I had more for this section.

Cons

Wish I took the reviews on here seriously before joining this company. In the Chicago office, specifically, 18/30 reps are new hires within the past 4 months. Let that sink in... more than half of their reps haven't been there longer than 6 months. Reason being? High turnover, no job stability, lies during interview process, unfair territories, no structure, inexperience management, etc. Overall, majority of new reps hired have been extremely disappointed with their experience so far. Word of advice: don't trust a word recruiters say during interviews. They will lie about the role to attract top talent. If I knew anyone was interviewing here I'd tell them to go anywhere else.

Pros

Only pro is all the bad things I went through have made me fearless and able to identify toxicity immediately and call it out. You might have some fun times out drinking with coworkers but you will never talk to them again if you leave.

Cons

Absolutely no support and growing too fast. They believe if they hire more Sales people the product will sell. But the market is congested, the territories are congested, and there is no hope. Toxic work environment that is white male dominated and sexist. Sexism abounds. The only benefit of having 2 female CEO's is for marketing purposes- they have never indicated any sense of supporting other women. In the office, the directors are male, white, and entitled. They sit behind a glassdoor with no experience other than being barely successful at Darktrace. This company will not invest in you. You will have to teach yourself everything to survive. "Training" is less than 2 weeks and is only a light overview. Pay is low, no bonuses or raises given- even when promoted to Team Lead taking on the management of 4 others. You are told to not be friends with the other people in sales. Especially if you are promoted, you are instructed not to fraternize with others. Women are policed on the way they dress while the men swap Juuls back and forth and cuss at the women to their face in front of everyone in the office. There is constant gossip and talk behind the backs of others. When someone is promoted, everyone else resents them instantly. If you last even 9 months, you are a survivor and a veteran. A year is an eternity. I took the job, ignoring the bad reviews, over a different company, lower role and lower pay and told myself I would get out after a year- if I could go back, I would absolutely not do this. The OTE recruiters tell you is a lie. There is one person that has ever achieved this and this person did so by poaching other accounts. Metrics are near impossible to attain but that is the sole way you are judged. You can either get lucky or be an office favorite and receive special attention. Even people who work harder than everyone else in the office get overlooked. You will give everything of yourself and receive NOTHING in return.

Pros

I have absolutely nothing good to say.

Cons

Management harasses, bullies, verbally abuses and lies to employees. Run if you can! HR in the NYC office is an embarrassment and treats employees like a number, a cog in the wheel and has absolutely no respect, instilling constant fear and constantly lying about the job. The entire HR department in NYC should be revamped from the top. That is the only way to fix this.
