Great product, High Turnover, Toxic Culture, Good stepping stone
Pros
Good Health Benefits, 20 Days PTO (but cant be used the last week of each month and last 2 weeks of quarter end) Product does speak for itself and is one of the best in the space.
Cons
Expect to make 75 dials a day. Will be micromanaged to ensure metrics are hit which you learn to accept. Did okay due to partnerships but they are few and far between and take 6-8 months to develop. Expected to set 5 meetings/week minimum .. was told ISRs will help set meetings but many set them 2 months out and majority never show up so you are on your own. Saw majority of AEs stay roughly 5-7 months and leave after burnout. Quotas are high and often unrealistic. Few meet the goals set and have seen many people called out on office wide calls.. this stems from middle management being held to high quotas and will pass that pressure on to subordinates unapologetically.
