Management does not care about employees at all and it shows. You'll also find that many individuals in upper management are severely unqualified to be in that type of position. They do not know how to manage a team properly and genuinely show no respect for their own team members. Management is only focused on themselves and making sure they look good; therefore, will quickly throw others under the bus or even fire them to make their numbers look better. Employees come to work everyday scared they might be fired for absolutely no reason and without warning. They create an unhealthy work environment by using the scare tactic to try and motivate employees. I can't express enough how absolutely terrible management there is and how they treat their employees so horribly that most people can't stand to be there for more than a few months. Managers here do not have your back and will never support you or be able to provide any useful guidance.
