      Met some very intelligent people along the way

      Cons

      I had some good experiences at darktrace but I had an overwhelming amount of terrible ones. There’s way too many cons to list them all but here are a couple: No training (directors and managers, “do better” is not helpful) No true mentorship See you purely as a number; they definitely do not value you as an employee be sure to get all of your expenses prior to quitting; they will not give it back to you or they will cut you short. I should’ve known better.. If I were you, I’d go elsewhere :)

      Pros

      Amazing coworkers and team so far, high energy environment, really cool office in a great location and cool perks. LA office is brand new so feels like you are directly responsible for day-to-day growth and change. Get to work immediately under Director which is helpful when he's available. A lot of responsibility and autonomy early on and easy to see the growth opportunity.

      Cons

      Definitely a lot of work though still early in the role - kind of left to your own after training to learn product and process. Start up environment so some simple things like getting computer set up are still disorganized. Director is spread thin, which can be challenging for newer hires, but makes an effort to be available and seems to really want to support the team and everyone to succeed. Talking to other reps seems like first few months are tough but it smooths out quickly

      Product, exciting growth to be a part of at a young age. There are great opportunities to progress if you put your head down and ask for it.

      Late on payroll twice in under two years- not good!!
