Recently acquired and seemingly being squeezed for a quick return. At first it seemed like they may be taking the long and smart road to take Darktrace public in the states after some tough restructuring at the top. But quicker than expected that hit the lower level employees, with teams that already struggled to support their clients being paired down to even more bare bones. Given a chance to fix 3 years of leadership changes that made it all but impossible for new sales people to stay and make their own book of business they instead decided to cut those that were working to do just that, even more surprisingly from a team that was performing higher than any in the business.
