Pros

Our technology touches the patient and that is why I feel good about working at DI. They have competitive wages and benefits. Accepting to listen to new ideas and ways to be innovative.

Cons

No mentor-ship or structured training program for employees wanting to move up into management. Some office cattiness. Morale is ok, but not great.

I am able to work Remotely as a Consultant for this company and love the independents that you have. No "office" politics either.

Cons

I have been working for DI for 3 years and don't have any complaints so far.
