The best reasons to work at DI: Challenging job, Innovative software, Smart people, Good coworkers. Its a pleasure to support software that works well and is extremely flexible.

Cons

As a remote employee it's hard to get to know your coworkers and management. This also makes training difficult.

Pros

Good benefits and good employees are the only two plusses that really stand out here. People are always willing to help out when asked and they were always helpful. Good location in South Burlington is in easy commute distance from Winooski, Milton, Burlington, Shelburne. I enjoyed working with the people.

Cons

Management has a CYA attitude. Though they say that have a Quality System, they don't follow it. If you raise issues about quality, you get frozen out and soon find yourself with a bad evaluation. Any efforts to bring the software into the 21st century are met with silence and reassignment. Also, management has an attitude that there are no real competitors, so there are no real reasons to improve.
